The month of July slows our pace and calms our minds. The ideal timing to relax and enjoy your holidays? Absolutely. Yet summer is also ideal to get out of the office and spend time with clients and suppliers… and to learn things we’re often too busy for the rest of the year. So meet the Barco experts at the AED Summer Expo: a three-day seminar running from 18 to 20 July and training sessions, workshops – including a dedicated Barco 4K session and product training! - and an expo from 1 to 12 August. As an AED business partner, we’ll be happy to meet you there!
The power of 4K  On 18 and 19 July, AED and Barco will welcome AV professionals for a personal guided tour with demos and product presentations (sign up through a Barco or AED account manager). The seminar itself, on 20 July, will be all about the power of 4K. Participants will learn about 4K technology and the benefits it brings. Barco’s 4K product specialist, Abbe Westerlundh, will enter into detail on ‘Barco image processing’ in his presentation. And as truly befits a summer event … a BBQ and beer tasting will bring the seminar to a close.

Barco workshops + Summer Expo Open: 4K and laser projection, …

After a short, one-week break, AED will continue its summer program with a series of dedicated training sessions. Don’t miss the ‘Barco Projector Training’ on 3 or 4 August, where our colleagues will take you for a deep dive into our HDX-4K, F90 and HDF-W30 laser phosphor projectors. In addition, everyone interested is welcome to visit the Summer Expo Open, to discover new AV technologies and solutions, such as our projectors and our E2 4K screen management solution. 

Barco Virtual World
Don’t forget: the AED Studios in Lint are also home to Barco Virtual World – a set-up that you must absolutely see and experience. So if you’re not on holidays between 18 July and 12 August … then swap the office for a day of relaxed, inspiring learning in Lint!
