This marks the 21st time the company has achieved this certification for meeting rigorous quality management system standards.

To receive ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System certification, Black Box demonstrated compliance with a number of quality management principles including a strong client focus, the motivation and commitment of top management, process approach and continual improvement. The ISO certification also confirms that Black Box’s quality monitoring and corrective action processes address any issues should a lapse occur.
ISO is the world’s largest developer of voluntary International Standards. Its standards cover almost all aspects of technology and business.
