PITTSBURGH, PENNSYLVANIA, August 13, 2010 – Black Box Corporation (NASDAQ:BBOX) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share of its Common Stock. The $0.06 per share dividend was declared on all outstanding shares of Black Box’s Common Stock and will be payable on October 15, 2010 to stockholders of record at the close of business on October 1, 2010.
