North American debut of LED digital signage solutions
Attendees to DSE 2018 will see the latest digital signage solutions on the Christie booth, No. 1933, including Christie Velvet® CorePlus Series 1.4mm and Christie Velvet Apex 0.9mm and 1.2mm LED displays.
Making its North American debut at DSE, CorePlus video walls deliver unparalleled design flexibility for a value-priced LED solution. Ranging in pixel pitches from 1.2 to 4.0 millimeters, the single architecture scales more easily to popular resolutions including 4K, is fully customizable with remote and on-board options, and can be both installed and serviced from either the front or back. Attendees to DSE will see CorePlus 1.4mm in a 6x3 configuration on the Christie booth.
Also debuting in North America is Christie Velvet Apex 0.9mm LED, which delivers lifelike colors and brightness. Introduced in December 2017, the new offering allows for scalability in popular resolutions in a smaller square meter area as well as reducing optimum and minimum viewing distances. The Apex Series offers a proprietary solution of high quality components that work as a system to provide the highest visual experience, maximize display time, and ensure complete peace of mind, unmatched by other LED displays.
LCD solutions on the booth include FHD553-XE extreme-narrow bezel 55-inch panel in a 2x2 configuration, a Christie FHQ981-L 98-inch UHD LCD panel, and Christie Access Series UHD551-L 55-inch LCD panels.
Christie Terra processing power
Powering the on-booth displays will be Christie Terra - an expanding line-up of transmitters, receivers and control hardware and software, Christie Terra solutions enable the design and integration of SDVoE-compliant systems that are simple, flexible, highly scalable and affordable.
Built on standardized SDVoE technology, Christie Terra solutions support video formats up to 4K at 60Hz and provide unprecedented performance capabilities transporting and processing of uncompressed, zero-frame latency, artifact-free video over affordable 10G Ethernet components.
