MILFORD, CONN. – Sept. 28, 2016 -- Thinklogical, a leading provider of secure, high-performance KVM signal extension and switching systems for video-rich applications, announced today that its TLX48, TLX320, and TLX640 fiber-optic KVM (keyboard, video, and mouse) matrix switches have achieved Common Criteria certification at Evaluation Assurance Level 4 (EAL4).
Common Criteria is a set of international standards that provides a common framework for evaluating security features and capabilities of information technology products. EAL4 is the highest assurance level that is recognized globally for KVM products.
Many government, defense and intelligence agencies, as well as security-sensitive commercial industries such as oil and gas, energy and utilities, healthcare, and financial services, require or recommend that audio-visual and IT products purchased be Common Criteria certified to protect their mission-critical infrastructures.

Thinklogical’s TLX is the first KVM system in the market to deliver extension and switching of full resolution 4K DCI video (up to 4096 x 2160 resolution, 4:4:4 chroma subsampling, 30-bits per pixel color depth, 60Hz frame rate) at an uncompressed 10Gbps bandwidth.
